The Confederation of Tree Trade Unions of Macedonia shall:

Continually strive for realization of the human spirit for freedom, justice and equality, for defeating all forms of suppression, hardship and exploitation in all its forms.

Work on unification of all workers of all nationalities, faith and political determination who nurture the cause of democracy and mutual solidarity;

Will devote itself to improving worker lives and those of their families, by constant struggle for dignity of labor and providing social security;

Will devotedly work on creating strong, free and democratic labor movement in order to create a progressive coalition for social and economic justice. We will create political force of the labor movement that will put emphasis on all issues that affect our lives.

Expand the role of unions for creating strong influence on workers in the adoption of all laws which impact our rights. The unions affiliated to the Confederation will work on joint goals and mutual trust, and will defend the interests and rights of workers with joint activities, energetically, and without any exceptions.

Will change the labor movement in the country by using methods and goals of the most powerful western unions. We will enable the voice of workers in the companies and institutions to be heard by the Government and the Parliament.

We will unconditionally break the coalition of the present union leadership structures with the managerial teams and with government representatives at the expense of workers, and we will put an end to the quasi-unionism. We will establish constructive relations with the government and managers, with uncompromised defense of labor relations and rights, and by legitimate use of active union power.

With concrete activities and results, and with already existing strong international support, we will very quickly apply to become part of the European and world free union family, so that we change the to-date state of affairs of being among the last who do not  meet the criteria of being part of the family.
